FV was able to align multiple lenders making up the entire capital stack and help strategically position the client to successfully complete the acquisition.
Leveraging AR financing, equipment, inventory, PO, unsecured financing, and seller financing, with the strategic timing of implementation of each part of the capital stack allowed for a win winwin across the board between buyer, seller and lenders.
FV structured a longer-termproactive strategy that includes and allows for another acquisition within the next 3-6 months.
