Vincent Lam, Principal
Coming from a refugee immigrant family, Vincent’s personal foundation was built from the principals of taking nothing for granted, treat others how you’d like to be treated, be the hardest working person in the room and live an optimistic life, as it’s way too short to live it half empty.
Professional foundation came from public, utilities and oil and gas sectors in both operations and major capital projects.

Entrepreneurship was built from personal interest at an early age starting small businesses in importing, retail, auto, real estate, restaurants to business consulting.
Through countless failures and some success, Vincent originally founded FV with his wife and mentor building up a team with a corporate model in mind. Growing at such a rapid pace comes with both advantages and disadvantages that resulted in the decision to re-structure FV.
As of 2024, Vincent has stepped in to rebuild FV from the ground up.
FV’s vision going forward is to be a boutique advisory firm where the focus and culture will be built on the simple principle of working with good people.
Scaling of FV will be based on technology through the help of ai, systems, automation, and people through culture, relationships and the attitude of consistently doing the hard things.
