DEBT BUYOUT OF 5CASH ADVANCES FOR AN AVIATION BUSINESS IN NEVADA

INTEL

FV Vantage (FV) assisted an aviation client who was trapped in multiple short term high interest debt that was supposed to help bridge a short term need that turned into stacking of cash advances.

FV was able to align a lender who specializes in cash advance rescue that was able to help buyout all 5 outstanding balances and consolidate into one low payment over a longer term that resulted in a reduction of the client’s monthly debt expenses by over 50%.

With the freed up cashflow, the client is determined not to take out another cash advance and work towards stabilizing their business and grow with more productive capital.

This was the first step to an overall funding strategy structured by FV with the overall long term road map to ongoing productive capital to help client grow, scale and expand their business.

Next step for the client now positioned to qualify for better terms is allowing for 1-2 months for business to stabilize showing improved financials for the funding of the next stepping stone of another unsecured term loan but this time over 2-3 years, lower rate and monthly payments along with equipment loan that will help generate additional revenue.

Together between the replacement unsecured term loan and equipment loan, that both work well together without conflict, the client is able to now position itself for longer term productive capital to further expand its business and become more in a position to start looking at raising equity.
